Acculift™ Spin Column Micro Prep Kit

The Acculift™ Spin Column Micro Prep Kit is designed for easy, reliable, and rapid isolation of DNA-free RNA from a variety of cell (up to 10   ) and tissue samples (up to 5 mg). Validated for LCM samples, the kit uses Targeted Bioscience's cutting-edge column technology together with a special buffer system to produce high quality total RNA (including small RNAs 17-200 nt) in less than 10 minutes. The protocol is simple and results in highly concentrated, DNA-free RNA that is appropriate for the analysis or downstream applications of your choosing. Trace DNA is eliminated by treatment with DNase I and the kit can also be used for the enrichment of small and large RNAs into separate fractions.
