Targeted EVs
Capture EVs at their origin
The Targeted Bioscience Interstitial Fluid Collection Kit enables the investigator to sample the in vivo interstitial fluid (IF) without affecting the viability or morphology of the tissue cells. It is a one-step method to collect the interstitial fluid from a living tissue section for extracellular vesicle (EV) harvesting.
EVs represent a unique heterogeneous mixture of biological components within the tissue microenvironment.
Interstitial fluid EVs represent a new class of information directly from the cell.
This highly efficient method is reproducible, provides unique molecular information, and unveils new insights not found in cultured cells.

Highly Efficient isolation of the resident interstitial fluid extracellular vesicles from living excised tissue.
We observed a highly reproducible enrichment of extracellular vesicles from the interstitial fluid (See Left Graphs). Tumor IF EVs contain molecular information not present within cultured tumor cell EVs (See Below Venn Diagrams) and reveals previously unknown molecular insights.
