Acculift™ First Strand cDNA Synthesis Kit

The Acculift™ First Strand cDNA Synthesis Kit is an all-inclusive kit that includes a high performance reverse transcriptase enzyme which has been engineered from the classic MMLV-RT and generates full-length cDNA (>15 kb) on a wider range of gene products in comparison to the traditional MMLV-RT. Full-length first-strand cDNAs can be generated from purified poly(A) RNA or picogram quantities of whole cellular RNA preparations. The kit is validated for LCM samples and comes with both oligo (dT) and random nonamer primers for additional flexibility.
