The Acculift™ Ultra-sensitive RNA Amplification Kit enables you to carry out sensitive qPCR amplifications from very low sample inputs by extracting total RNA from as little as one cell. The kit amplifies the mRNA in a high fidelity, linear amplification process that preserves the relative transcript abundance in your sample to ensure the most accurate picture of the cellular environment. The amplified RNA is converted to cDNA that is ready for PCR or qPCR.
